Architecture + Master Planning
With more than 30 years of specialized experience in the planning and design of wineries, BAR Architects provides unique design expertise along with knowledge of winemaking equipment, processes, and approaches. Our client list includes numerous large and small wineries, many of which were executed as collaborations with other members of the First Press Winery team. The quality of our firm’s work is evidenced by a high number of repeat clients and the creation of award winning projects that are timeless and enduring.
Metal Building Systems
With over 30 years in the industry, our experience with the design, fabrication and erection of metal buildings provides the know-how to execute buildings in an unlimited variety of shapes, sizes and materials. Working with multiple manufacturers, Soule can choose from a wide variety of options to best meet the functional and aesthetic goals for each building. By utilizing non-bearing walls, many of the design limitations applicable to other construction types are not relevant. Soule’s in-house detailing capabilities means that walls can be constructed with insulated metal panels, tilt-up concrete, masonry block, EIFS, stucco, aluminum storefront and wood. "I didn’t know that was a metal building", is a comment often heard when people first see a Soule structure.
