Frequently the metal building base costs do not include the design or engineering of a building’s structural foundations. It certainly does not include the coordination of the building and tank foundations with floor/trench drains, pump stations or refrigeration lines. Nor does it include the added, but often hidden costs associated with engineering each of the winery systems to meet your production needs. PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION COSTS
As part of the package, we provide a project specific spreadsheet to assist you in anticipating hard and soft development costs that will likely be incurred during the project. This includes a preliminary cost estimates for the building shell and winery systems indicated in the base package of the initial design issue documents. While actual costs may vary by region, economic conditions, unique site conditions and owner’s winery customization, this document provides an excellent starting point for developing cash flow projections and discussing costs in detail with your contractor and equipment suppliers.
